The whole experience in MINI was spectacular, all staff were very friendly and attentive, the showroom was great and Laurence the MINI sales rep was great. CouldnÂ’t fault anything at MINI Park Lane, plan to return in the future.

Because my vehicle needed a new tyre as part of its MOT and the prices for supply and fit where extortionate in comparison to the rest of the market and so this gives the impression that your service department charges inflated prices.

Great help on the phone, although we were a little alarmed to be told we had a recall on our car from the beginning of the year and had not received any correspondence regarding this. We asked for a copy if the letter but have not received this.

The guys were great esp the guy that took us to the train station. Our car wasn't cleaned. Normally whenever I leave my car with mechanics, no matter what it's for, it's always cleaned in & out. That wasn't the case here.

I wasn't fully satisfied when buying my car because of the faults that I explained above, but picking it up was a great experience Laura had a red bow on the car and took pictures and gave us that fabulous paparazzi treatment which was so nice.
